  • Since 2020, home prices have skyrocket. Then, in 2022, mortgage rates skyrocketed. This has made home affordability the worst it's been in recent memory, pricing most middle-class people out of the market. In this video, I take a longer timeframe view of the housing market and try to answer whether home prices are truly overvalued.
