Check out Dr Robert Cywes the carb addiction doc on UA-cam. He is carnivore and a surgeon. He also takes patients anywhere via telehealth. He gives out his contact number on his channel. Not sure if he takes insurance though. Also check out Dr Ken Berry a carnivore, and Dr Eric Berg who is mostly keto but has so much info I can’t find anywhere else. God bless you, keep up the good work. I enjoyed your interview with Dave Mac.

Dave Mac’s “ no carb life “ is absolutely brilliant ! He lets people tell their story without interjecting his own views . Many of the testimonials tell of stunning health/wellbeing transformations !! I would say it is one of the most influential carnivore channels .

Yes, he was definitely clear that he wanted me to tell my story and he said he wanted make sure and not interrupt that. It was definitely a bit nerve-wracking to do the interview. I'm much more confident about Montessori! When you share your experience (especially with food/health) people get very triggered if you don't match their own experience or their own ideas or their own journey. There's a lot of controversy in diets, even within the Carnivore community itself.
Being that I've gone from SAD to Raw Vegan, to Mediterranean, back to SAD, and then to Keto and then Carnivore, I'm very open minded about how people approach their diet. I've had several health issues to solve in my life and I didn't know what would work, and I'm still battling so difficult inflammatory issues even on carnivore - so I definitely respect everyone's individual journey. I've learned through a lot of mistakes - and I don't think I'm alone in that. It's hard to sort truth from lies these days and everyone is so different that we can experience the same diet in drastically different ways.

Clean carnivore is proper human behavior. The closer to Paleo Man (or his good wife) that we get the healthier we become.

I have so many things to figure out about how it works best for me as an individual, but that’s ok. There can be such a huge variation within the keto/carnivore community. The more I eat it, the more I like it and the less I miss all the other foods. I learn something new every day following this diet!

You said: 14:32 "tendinitis something I was very prone to to get." OMG. I didn't realize my tendinitis pain is gone! Now I can remember that pain. The pain used to wake me from a deep sleep. Also loss 80 pounds and fixed arthritis! No more pain. Thanks Teresa. ua-cam.com/video/GM4-aTgoLco/v-deo.html

Yes, I definitely have improvement in my inflammation but I think it's just going to be a long time before I can reverse all of it (hopefully). I definitely triggered some inflammation eating higher fat and I had to take butter out of my diet for a while until that calmed down again. I just started reintroducing butter again and so far no issues! It could have also been my gall bladder adjusting to higher fat than I was on during keto and the fact that my gut microbiome has issues from my thyroid problem - both of these things take time to adjust and normalize. I'm going to be patient. I really believe I'm on the right track. Thyroid can trigger all sorts of problems all over the body, so it can be tricky not to trigger an issue, but I think I'm making progress every day! I definitely see more positives than negatives on carnivore.

@@Base10Montessori My goal is to be healthy everyday. To walk more, to be stronger, to love life and friends more everyday. I no longer struggle to reject party carbs. I only need to remember the pain. That pain was a good thing. Who knew! Mother Nature was teaching me to pay attention. Pain is a good teacher. Like you, I see too many people struggling with their unnecessary pain. Eliminating carbs is easier than doctor's think.

Alcoholism is just one example of carb addition. It's all about metabolic health.

@@flatblack39 Yeah "Sugar is tough!" Carb addition is the same thing as Alcoholism. It's all about metabolic health. When 60 Minutes, Ed Bradley, interviewed Eric Clapton: "your additions started with herion--" When Eric Clapton interrupted "No. My additions started with SUGAR!" 3:23 / 23:24 ua-cam.com/video/Py1VzfqxfW4/v-deo.html
