Yamaha XV1100 Conversion: Episode 3 Headset Bearing Removal

At the end of my last video, I was unable to get the cups of the headset bearings out of the frame. I'm also unable to get them out for most of this video! When looking around, there weren't many good sources of information, so if you're trying to do the same, and not sure what to try, I hope this is useful.
