Goodluck on your new journey. the lamp looks amazing. You might have to get a little usb hub to plug in your clock too....I wouldnt bother installing any batteries there..might be economical to run on usb. Also the cable management box looks neat but your laptop's adapter might get hot enough to be a fire hazard in there. I think phone chargers also slow down charging if they get extremely hot. I think small cutleries with different materials break easily and are harder to clean rather a solid stainless steel set thats why the former is cheaper to make. I hope this helps. Thankyou so much! the clock actually only lights up when you press the button, the clock runs in the background and when you want to know the time you just press it and it lights up so it doesn't really take up as much battery as you'd think. I thought about the adapter thing as well so I don't use it for the main laptop charger but I use it for other devices. I know the cutlery is quite different but it is stainless steel and I wanted a different one specifically so that other people I'm sharing a kitchen with don't use mine.
