As a professional mover, the Ikea life hack, though not a life hack, is great information. We have our clients sign that we are not liable for any damages to ready to assemble furniture or particle board during transportation. It works great as furniture, but it's just not made to last a trip in the back of the box truck. Plus, Ikea furniture is meant to be assembled once. So if it needs to be disassembled to get it out of the house, it probably won't go back together.
honestly guys, you three + the production team of this show are the only thing left i value about RT. WHEN, not if, RT goes under i really hope yall find a way to get back to proliferating more of the old essence of AH you have captured and retained in this show. All that to say, this is one of, if not my absolute favorite internet show to listen to, and i really hope that no matter what happens with RT you can keep this going and watch it grow. Look at what Bruce and Lawrence Are doing with "Inside games", its great again like the old days!
My grandma had a fridge magnet that was an old school fridge. I'm sure we threw it out when cleaning her house though. I saved a few other ones, but not the fridge.
Geoff isnt kidding when i was a kid I also got the numbing shot before stitches and i screamed so loud my mom heard it in the waiting room plus i kicked and bent the needle
I'm thinking it's who Gavin is hiring. I had movers move my Ikea furniture and they were fine..... though they did work with me in business world as well so maybe they were extra gentle to keep the contract lol

To me the ikiea fact could be a hack but you gotta fix the phrasing. I would go with, "if your partner wants new furniture but the relationship isnt going to last, buy Ikea and leave it with them. It wont survive the move." Sad life hack
So glad I'm seeing this comment, I agree. Nick is a great person no doubt but his forced canned laughter gets annoying after 2 or 3 times. That's one of the reasons behind why I don't really listen to FaceJam, that and the fact that they seem to not take that podcast super seriously. It's like watching an episode of Seinfeld or That 70s show and it's just line, laughter, line, laughter, line, laughter .. etc/ you get the point. So please no constant laugh tracks from Nick or anybody 🙏
