Around the 9th minute, where do you keep the pin on the left side of the battery? CHG+, DSG- OR CHG-? I cant get any of the resistance values youre measuring
Hi, I watch all your videos and learn a lot from them. But I have a question. I adjusted the charger as you showed in your video. I measured the voltage output, and it is now 37.3V. When I charge my bike from 10% to 100%, it stops at 85% (40.5V). The charger stops charging, the light turns green, and l also get error 21. I have a second charger that I have not adjusted, so I measured its output, and it is 41.1V. This charger charges the battery fully. I think that when you adjust the charger, it is not powerful enough to charge the battery to 100%. Or do you think there is something wrong with the charger? I would like to hear from you and learn about your experiences. Kind regards, Sam
Hey is it possible to answer my question? Is it normal that after modifying the charger the charger will stop after 85% because after 85% it gives a green light on the charger and stops. Is this normal?
@@samvandop9539 This is normal and expected behavior. Think of it like two tanks of water connected with a pipe. Water flows from the side with the higher water level to the side with the lower water level until they are equal. If you lower the level from the tank with the higher level in this case the charger the equalization only happens to that point. Since you lowered this point you can not charge higher then that point. It is also better for your battery.
Hey, I get the error codes 6 17 20 by driving the bike at 70%. Can the Fuse get broken by driving and do you think when I replace the fuse that I will fix the problem.
Problem is that charger should keep charging with 4 amp and is not ...is charging with 6 ... How ever ... If you have a watt meter you will see that amps don't drop at around 80% and charge slow the rest of 20% ... It charges with 6 amp all the way to 100% ... Any lithium battery after 80% should be changed slowly... Is when the fuse blow and is ruining the cells ... That's a easy and quick fix to get rid of the problem.... Probably it needs to be modified to have a slow charge at the end to avoid fuse to blow .... The percentage of fuse blown in batteryies is huge like 80% of the fleet and the ones what doesn't blow fuses chargers are properly made ... error 21 Don't worry about it ... Will clear as soon as you start the bike ... But people will have a usable bike without that fuse problem
So in London only they sold about 2000 bikes ... I think 60% of those had fuse blown and replaced the battery on warranty... Imagine how much vanmoof lost because of those chargers ...

I have a battery with the fuse fine but still not charging, and shows error 06 the tension is 40v 😢 help please

@@Razspareparts They replaced the fuses inhouse and put the battery's back into the fleet as refurbished ones.
How did you turn down the charger?
