6 potatoes (russet potatoes)
Cold water(as needed)

2tsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup rice flour (4tbsp)
1/4 cup maida (4tbsp)
1tbsp oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 cup water
1tsp salt
1tsp chaat masala
1tsp mango powder
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1/4tsp black pepper powder
1tbsp chopped green corriander
Tomato sauce + chilli sauce
