I did not take the bp medicine this morning cause I almost blacked again yesterday..but I walked a long walk w the walker to the othe side of the building that was the addition ...There are two storage units and a ships cargo box ..like a container ship storage on the grass..There was some small green container anout six inches high 16 inches wide and maybe 18 inches long filled w sitting water..I had to be very,very careful so I would not fall again..but I dumped the water in it so they wouldnt breed more mosquitoes..
I slept off and on.. took pain medicine at about 3 a.m. and BP med just now. I am ding morning hygiene- August 23,, 2023 Wednesday he time is about 210:45 a.m
