@@loatheburger I think you have to go one old class, one new. Paladin imo is the way to go, gives us a reason to have shields, brings a “holy” class to Diablo. If the new class is going to do holy damage already (maybe a priest class) then bring back the Amazon.
@@kylegentles7653 Yeah I feel like a holy class and a pure tanky character (Paladin) is sorely missing. Amazon is diverse enough from Rogue that it could be a viable option when we go back to the western continent. Javazons are a blast
With how absolutely disappointing Druid has and still is in D4, I kinda wish we did get Witch Doctor. That was such a fun class in D3. I want my chicken build!
They keep spinning in circles...going nowhere with the story. At least D3 dared to try something new with Reincarnation of Tethamet and turning one of the Archangels into literal angel of death
Yeah they did go all out for D3. I feel D4’s story is a victim of them wanting to follow Destiny 2’s yearly story expansion style - where it’s going to move slowly in different directions year over year
Yeah - nephalim was entirely omitted. I’m not sure if that was a ret-con or what. It seems like D4 tries to explain your power via Lilith’s blood being in you as opposed to Nephalim powers. Which is interesting because Lilith was the one who reawakened Nephalim powers during the Sin War books (getting nerdy here)
😂 fair point - one thing to note, Travincal in Diablo 2 did have the portal to hell in it where Diablo’s Chaos Sanctuary is. I wonder if they’ll do something with that

Well, why not just do that from the get go and be radio silent about NOT including the Paladin, 5 classic classes, yet, Paladin is more classic than Druid. Also, why nostalgia the game up in every other aspect, but just choose to not include the Paladin, in a Zakarum lore riddled area from D2? It's just bullshit, Spiritborn just seems like such a stupid class, lore wise, Druid is the nature boy, and necro is the minion class, there currently is no Holy class so they shoe horn in a hybrid. NOBODY WANTED A NEW CLASS, WE WANTED PALADIN SINCE LAUNCH.
@@UA-cam_CHRIS I do think not having a holy/aura class was a big miss for launch - especially with the amount of involvement the church/light/Inarius had in the campaign. Atleast D3 started with the Monk. Hopefully we wont have to wait for another expansion per class - look at Diablo Immortal releasing 2 in one year
Yeah we need more world bosses and pit/dungeon bosses for sure. Would love to see new Strongholds and an expanded Stronghold system, like helping rebuild the settlement, fighting off future attacks, etc

Expansion.. new class, items, monsters, bosses, maybe lvl cap, map expand, dungeons, new interesting random events.
Would love to see new Strongholds and new systems. We need more social features and expanded functionality to clans, pvp, etc
