● अब आँखें बंद करके दोनों भौहों के बीच आज्ञाचक्र पर ( जहाँ तिलक या बिंदी लगाते हैं ) गुरुदेव के चित्र को याद करके मन ही मन ( बिना होंठ - जीभ हिलाए ) निरन्तर 'संजीवनी मंत्र' का 15 मिनिट तक मानसिक जाप करते रहे , इस दौरान अपनी आँखें बंद रखें।
● ध्यान के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की यौगिक क्रिया ( आसन , बंध , मुद्रा व प्राणायाम आदि ) अथवा विशेष अनुभूति होने पर उन्हें रोकने का प्रयास न करें , डरे - घबराए नहीं व उन्हें सहज में होने दें।
● ये यौगिक क्रियाएँ तन - मन व आत्मा की शुद्धि के लिए मातृशक्ति कुण्डलिनी स्वयं अपने नियंत्रण में करवाती है।
