@@AdannaMadueke It's working thank you
I've also not been able to open the link as well. How did you do it?
These hair conversations are so needed in AFRICA well done Adanna❤
I've been natural four times but eventually went back to relaxed
I am struggling with my natural hair the journey is not easy ..
@@Gisele541 I recently went back relaxed because I can't do nothing with my natural hair. It was very coily dense and very hard to comb. And I couldn't put it in no kind of style.
You guys, I recommend these channels that will teach you how to take better care of your hair. : cozily dairies, Green Beauty, Precious Fro.
Remember guys,it’s difficult because you don’t have a routine yet, and you aren’t doing thing that aren’t meant for you hair type.
I went through this too. I almost gave up.
But now my hair is thriving with a simple routine and things that work for my hair type 4c.

I am so glad you are brining our young ladies back to their natural hair. Nigerian movies encourage wigs. But South African movies give positive representation of women with natural hair and braids. I hope Nigerian Movies studios hire you to show the beauty of our hair.
Rest and stop pushing your xenophobic home views on Nigerians,Nigerians exist outside movies,it's too hot to wear wigs all day or anytime like in those movies, you sit in your home and talk about thing you don't know, tueh
Let's make every girl feel beautiful by sharing this video! ❤
I'm super proud of your work girl
Your work is amazing

Congratulations on a well deserved million subscribers, dear!
Cant believe you said you've never taught nor been a teacher before! What exactly do you think you do on this channel?? Youve taught me so much! I'll forever be grateful to you, my TEACHER ❤🇬🇧🇬🇭
Not me giggling at your comment 😂 Thank you!! You’re such a sweetheart and I'm glad you find these contents helpful, booo 🫶🏾
@AdannaMadueke lol you're a wonderful teacher. Don't undersell your skills
😄🤩🇬🇧🇬🇭
Mehn! Them ladies are soo smart!!!!
My sista come to your west Africa neighbors oooo next
AWESOME JOB ADAMNNA!
Hi Ada, congrats on your 1M subscribers and you did a wonderful job educating those young ladies about their hair. Now we're on the road to 2M subscribers 😊😊😊
Even in the U.S. i wish I had gotten this kind of hair education as a child! I think if you ever did this again, it'd be nice to have a big poster or handouts showing the steps of moisturizing hair, detangling, and super simple protective styles before bed. They say in outreach a picture is worth a thousand words and really sticks with the audience better!
You said you’ve never been a teacher, Adanna. But you’ve been teaching us on UA-cam for years. :)
God bless you.
As a humanitarian actively engaged in the humanitarian and developmental sector, I must commend Adana for this remarkable work. It's a facet that we haven't fully explored in our campaign for empowering women and girls. Helping African children regain confidence in their natural hair is not only essential but also transformative. Embracing and celebrating our natural beauty is a vital step towards self-empowerment and cultural pride.
There's need to refocus our campaign as an individual and a collective to include empowering women and girls to embrace their natural beauty and heritage. This approach will not only foster confidence but also celebrates diversity and promotes self-esteem among the younger generation.
Congratulations Sis for the 1M subscriber. Adanna Madueke is an household name already. One love🎉
THANK YOU ALL FOR 1M SUBSCRIBERS 😭
Amazing congratulations 🎉
I'm a New UA-camr it's not easy to gain subscribe at times but I do hope the sun will shine for me one day so I keep trying 💪✨️🙏
Wow.. congratulations Adanna 🎉
Congratulations! You are awesome!
I was born and raised in Nigeria. I remember with I was like 9 years old my dad had to cut my hair because I was crying too much. My mom was combing my hair dry and with no hair product. I gave them permission to cut my hair because it was painful. I remember when I came to California. My aunty was wondering why my parents would cut my hair. I am now 27 years old with a very healthy and beautiful hair.
Omg I cried watching this. I could tell the girls were truly empowered by the way they asked and answered questions. I love that there was a practical session, very helpful. I wish I had such guide when I was growing up with my natural hair. You’re an inspiration! ❤️❤️❤️
I smiled the entire video. Love this mission. We need this in the States as well.
Congratulations on your success. This is such a powerful video. I am African American and for years I thought African women were the experts on what to do with our hair but later, as an adult, learned that we Black/African/ African American women around the world have our own challenges and techniques for how we treat, manage, and style our hair. You have truly educated me. You're awesome. Continue doing what you do!
Happy New Year my lovessssss 🥹
Happy New Year 🎆
Happy new year 🎉
Congratulations on a million!
This video really makes me smile. You're a natural teacher for something you are passionate to share based on your hair journey. Beautiful 😊
Haha I’m trying… thank you 🙈
Chai Adanna, you deserve a humanitarian award. This is absolutely awesome. It is so important to start educating the younger generation to embrace and value their natural hair. I would love to join this movement ❤❤❤ so proud of you 👏🏾

Congratulations on reaching one million subscribers. Well done! Wow! Adana, what a fantastic initiative you took to go to a school in Nigeria, Africa to educate young Black girls about how to take care of and love their natural hair. This is a conversation that is long overdue. It should be a part of every school’s curriculum for young Black girls. This topic is relevant and it matters because our natural, kinky, coily, hair is often seen as less than the beautiful crowning glory that it is. My hair has been natural for almost 5 years now and I love my coils. I’m sure you made their year. Keep preaching about the love and appreciation for our natural hair. I will continue to follow your channel. Thank you!
Aww you hit every nail on the head 🥹 thank you so much for consistently supporting ❤️
Adanna, I absolutely love what you are doing. I wish I had someone like you around when I was growing up and I’m an Igbo girl born and raised in London. The fact that you have gone back to our motherland to teach this, is incredible! Please keep doing what you are doing. May God continue to bless the work of your
hands.
Not you coming back with a banger video!!! Love 2 C it!!🥹😍😍
🥹🥹❤️❤️
You're indeed a great teacher! I love interactive teaching. Involving the girls in the conversation is the part I enjoyed most. Thanks Adana for doing this
I'm honestly very emotional right now, Miss Adanna, thank you sooooo much for this, it must have not been easy. What I love about this is the fact you went to nigerian schools to teach young kids and teens like me on how to care for their natural hair properly. I hope and pray that this is just the beginning of a new age on proper natural hair care and love for our coily hair in Nigeria (and not just in high end salons but with everyone and every salon). I pray that God continues to strengthen you in all of your endeavours even ones outside of this in Jesus'name. Amen.❤❤
Im from Papua New Guinea always love watching you natural hair styles..congratulations for your 1 mill subscribers...you deserve this..Go girl!!!🇵🇬
Congratulations on a million subscribers 🎉🎉🎉🎉I've been following you since God knows when and I'm super happy to have been on this journey with you. I really hope your efforts to bring awareness to natural hair and how to take care it will stop African parents from cutting their daughters hair. A woman's hair is her crown and it should b well taken care of
We definitely need a lot of light to be shed on this. Please feel free to share a lot of the stigmas that you feel needs to be broken. Taking notes! And thank you so much for alwayssss supporting, boo 🥹❤
This concept is phenomenal. Congratulations on a well-deserved 1 million subbies and here is a crown for you, Queen!!! 👑
I have been natural for many years and learned a lot from watching this. Thank you for spreading the message of Black Hair Love around the world. ❤
The small comb thing is so real. Honestly I feel like most of our African hairstylist only know how to braid hair. They don't actually care for your hair
GIRL I don't even believe you never taught before, you were BORN to teach!! It's your calling! Outstanding job!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love it ❤❤😊Thank you for doing this. God bless you, Adanna. And congratulations on 1 million subscribers 🎉
Aww thank you so much for supporting sweets 🥹❤️
This brought me to tears. What you did for the girls is so important and so inspirational. Congratulations for 1 million subs and it's well deserved. ❤
Just when I thought I couldn't love you more, you expand my heart! Adanna Boo! This is a beautiful mission and exactly what you have been doing for us on this channel. My relationship with my hair has completely transformed thanks to you and as a result it is thriving like never before! It is needed and resonates and appreciated that is why you are at 1Million and growing. I'm so happy to see you taking it to the next level with this inititive. I love you so much and I wish you so much success and all the blessings as you continue to shine your light in the world!
Congratulations Adanna!!
This is amazing, most people in Africa don't like dealing with their natural but I've seen we are slowly transitioning to it which is amazing!
I love what you are doing! I'd love to join you in this mission.
Awwww I love love love this video❤❤❤… I’m sooo joining this movement❤️.. I recently visited Ghana 🇬🇭 and the hairdresser was speaking in Ghanaian language saying if she knew my hair was so thick she would have really charged much but she didn’t know I understood and can speak the local language. I felt so sad 😭… we need to really educate our people to embrace our natural hair ❤…. Congratulations Ada 🎉🎊
Adanna this means a lot! Learning to accept our unique selves before asking others too! My natural hair was uncontrollable for in while in secondary school and I only comb at the hairdressers most times and I eventually permed it, but now I know better and I’m back on my natural hair and I love my natural hair! Thank you for also breaking the stigma associated to natural hair like it was only for spirikokos and SUs
This is so inspirational . I would dedicate time of my life to do this with you. This is a true mission to help transform black womens lives ! I love this so much
I can imagine the whole thought you put in to this project. Ada you say you've never been a teacher and you've been teaching us for 6yrs here ahhh, no talk am again o😅😅😅
Heyyyy boo!!!! Heyyyy kinks I need that merch . What a journey I’m so proud of you and this movement 🎉😂
Awww my babyyyy 😂🤭
I love what you are doing boo, keep up the good work and change our hair narrative. Congratulations on the 1 million and here’s to the next million.
Hey Adanna!!!!👋🏾.
I am so happy to see you came back with a new video. Girl what you are doing out here is so inspirational and wonderful. Keep this movement going and dont stop. Remember you are the culture and let it be heard nationally. 🌍👍🏾👋🏾😀God bless you 🙏🏾
Aww boo! Thank you so much for pushing me to keep going 🥹❤️
love the work you are doing saying this from a 13 yr old in america i believe it needed all over the world but you have to start somewhere and Afrika is the perfect place
This is an awesome project, we need awareness on the beauty of our African hair. Keep it up Adanna❤️
And to be honest some of these things I’m only just learning how. As a whole 29 year old 🤣😭😭
Kai this video is loaded....Just the encouragement I need to keep this my about to be 5years old natural hair flourishing!!!I won't be discouraged!!We move.
I cried a little when she said natural hair is the beauty of Africans touched my heart
Saw my secondary school in the flip of the camera. Remo Secondary School. I feel like mose of the public schools would turn this down cuz there is a mandate on all public Secondary school for everyone to be on low cut. But the gig can only go to Private schools. Beautiful to watch.
this is where we were 20 yrs ago in america. learning how to comb our hair. among other things. it sounds like the most basic of things but it speaks to the reality of the oppression many want us to ignore and go so far as to outlaw teaching about it. enough bout them tho. our job is to help heal each other. thank you for doing that.
I love this sis!!! You keep on inspiring generations to believe in themselves and their heritage. As an educator, I love this! You betta teach!! ❤️
I Love that you went on this journey to teach OUR beautiful young Sister how Our Natural Crown's are the entenna's of the sun / planet. You are a Majestic Queen Adanna. A lot of Sister's here in Brooklyn went natural during the pandemic.
Thank you dear for this amazing mision and vision ❤. We are on this mission together. Standing with you and our blossoming young girls wherever they find themselves in this world.
Wish i could like this a 100 times.... it's just lovely! Keep up the good work Adanna👏 I'm going back to natural hair again❤
I enjoyed this video way too much!! Thank you Adanna for this beautiful project and helping these young girls learn more about and appreciate their natural hair!❤️❤️
Thank you for this video. I have 4c hair and it’s all the way down to my tail bone because I don’t put heat in my hair, I don’t comb my hair too much, and I keep my hair moisturized when detangling or manipulating my hair. Our hair can grow.
Congrats on 1M subs! Well deserved. 🙌🏿 This video made me tear up! ❤ You're fantastic and an inspiration, truly!
This is amazing! So proud of you!!!
This is soooo good. I was a little tearful, with the joy of reminding us that are hair is part of our beauty. We will remember ourselves again! Thank you❤

Awesome!!! Giving back!!!!
Knowledge is power!!
You are a natural teacher of self-experience.
Keep up the great work, sweetheart!
This message is needed in the Caribbean as well. My parents are Jamaican ,when I lived there as a child, adult women would tell me my hair is course /bad and pull it when combing it …
i have type 4 fine hair not course ..as an adult I still feel very self conscious/ not confident about my natural hair especially in public
Yes! Your helping them to be naturally who they are! So beautiful!
This brought tears to my eyes ❤I love what you’re doing, thank you on behalf of the kids. Also how do we show support?
This is inspirational. Keep up the good work boo 👍🏾
I absolutely LOVE this video !! ❤❤ Our Nigerian sisters clearly needed to be educated about their natural hair!
Adanna, this is beautiful. I love this initiative!
