@@Ahkziel just get disgaea 2 PC. It has all the dlc in English and works just fine. The dlc characters even start at level 1 instead of 100 making them a bit more balanced at the beginning of the game
No. I provided the game there simply so no one will have to search for it. All you have to do is toss the game and the folder inside your GAMES folder for PPSSPP and it works.

@@ScarletDeclan oh man. i felt i was this close to getting it translated in android. i have MauroRamirezs texture pack and thought it would affect the font for most things but it only affected sprites. Still having plenty of fun, dark eclair is pretty cool and finally hearing Hanako. Sweet 👌

No. There are no translations of any kind available for disgaea 2 on psp. And no way to get the dlc available for the English game on psp
