He speculated that he was probably not in the right mind and was being told about his other health conditions like his liver disease and felt like he had no one to talk to so made the tweet. It seems to me that it was basically based on a distorted version of what he was perceiving while heavily intoxicated in an effort to get some love in order to cope. He used to use alcohol and take more medication than he was prescribed to deal with the manic episodes of psychosis which come from his schizophrenia. I obviously don't know what happened but that's his side of the story anyway
