I went to that spot Pinchaz for stew peas which is served on thur only . Was told Friday was seafood but we didn’t make it . Now seeing the seafood I’ll be back there in June . Thanks Mat !!!

One problem I find with Jamaican Fishing there is NO restriction even the smallest of Lobster goes in the pot ....I'm saying it's the situation here today.. Blessings.
It's not about restrictions on when to or not to catch lobsters its about the size of some of these lobsters. I've seen videos of people catching lobsters in others countries for sizes as am seeing here would be a no no because they would fined.
The only thing you mustn't eat is the bone and the shell.I just love my fish, I'm not a lobster person, I'll eat a slice.Give me fish and shrimp.Come to my home any Wednesday fish soup (fish tea)is a must.It doesn't matter where in the world I'm living i try to get my 🐟 for my Wednesday dinner.Meeeeee lovely.

I think what I love is that there's no lemon sprinkled on the fish. I absolutely hate when there's lemon on my fish, why would I make my fish taste like lemon? I want the natural fish flavour. This is good stuff here.

Once the fish is scaled & gutted in the sea water. You can roast it pronto, no seasoning marinade is needed. More time!

A little vinegar gives it the acidic balance it needs, “rather than using lemon”mixed in with the seasoning is an excellent marriage..
