Great breakdown! I agree he is best for n midnight sons. He is interesting in defenders if you are playing into a guaranteed size 4 or even size 3 where your builder can throw them into their team then spend 3 to do it again in a turn, but usually og Hulk is as good as that and is a threat less. Outside of his affiliations I think somewhere like A-Force who can protect him when he flips would be good and maybe something like Doc Ock 2 to juice him before he flips to regain as much health as possible.
Yeah some of the power leadership's to load him up when you're expecting him to flip could be neat, and he's definitely really solid when your opponent is bringing size 4s he can throw around all day long.
A character that I heard was slightly unfair so I never picked it up, but this spotlight has me thinking about grabbing it and maybe letting folks that are getting introduced to the game have a strong & fun model. After seeing the joke in the description (Obligatory): What about playing Helios Laser? You've already played Helios Laser. What about a SECOND Helios Laser?
Honestly I never got the community landing on this model, he's certainly strong but regular hulk is a full threat less and does most of the same things, I find him best in his own affiliations but usually I go-to hulk first anyways. Glad someone saw the joke!
So just picked up this model. Feels like he could be good with inhumans. Makes a mean 15 threat of blackbolt, hulk, lockjaw Lol Also spider foes seems good too Lastly I might try him in my home faction of winter guard just cause I could keep conditions off of him
Lockjaw and him are best friends in this game, it's rude what they can do together, definitely recommend! Guard and foes are good for similar reasons, removing incinerate and shock is great, extra power in foes and anti-stagger in guard is also really good.
