I am a woman and this scares me.its so so real here in my country,my own aunt and mother's have went through it.i have no job nor I am smart enough so I will be married to someone similar or worse,my parents can't help me and I have no brother or sister either, maybe god doesn't like me,I was probably a sinner in my past life, hence I am punished today.please God have mercy.Mercy on me and my parents.
You have all the love and strength you need inside of you. Reach to god not out of fear but out of love for yourself, and faith that you will lead a different path than those before you. There are so many opportunities in this world and you belong to NO ONE but yourself and god. Love to you
You are not in this situation because “god is punishing you for sins in a past life.” It is not your fault. It is because these men abuse their power and choose to be terrible and almost every society works that way unfortunately. It will never be your fault and don’t you ever think that it is.
You have the power within to overcome anything, without relying on siblings. Pray upon that, and emerge powerful enough to do what must be done. God be with you.
Pude ver esa obra en el Tanztheater Wuppertal en el año 1994 Conocí de paso a Pina Bausch y también la Folkwang en Essen Werden. Llevo todo ese recuerdo en mi memoria.
@@KFlin I dare say it is not as much the meaning of the piece, but the exceptional quality and clarity of the language of movement demonstrated by every performer in this piece. Certainly, there are design elements that create symbolism to interpret how you will, but put these aside; it is the ecosystem of movement on show here, the physical encoding of a communal dance structure that is not composed of individual beats but is, rather, a presence. One that gives rise to movement and reaction when two or more performers come together in the performance space. It doesn't take a genius to design a structure :)
Ich suche seit 3 Wochen das Material von Pina durch. Manchmal hält man den ganzen Schmerz kaum aus.... zum Glück wurde auch immer wieder viel gelacht....
When this appeared at BAM I lived across the street. BAM wanted us out of the neighborhood to make a park. Bricks were thrown through our large plate glass windows, pipes were pulled and gasoline was left in plastic jugs inside under us. We escaped, but the drive to gentrify BAM neighborhood nearly killed us. The park was built with a 10 foot fence keeping out everyone. Eventually the park destroyed the Lafayette subway station costing the taxpayers of New York City millions of dollars. Thanks BAM!
Thank you for telling your story. I know that cultural institutions are often involved in gentrification. It's horrible. The art is still wonderful, but the structure of society, how the arts are supported, how people get affordable, comfortable and permanent housing - all this needs to change.
@@carbonidsolo5479 To be clear, I wonder why only white people exclusively dance in this performance? Especially when it was Brooklyn their eyes longed for exposure.
This is 40 years old and looks more daring and creative that most of things you would see in a theater nowadays. Amazing Pina.

This is the first piece by Pina Bausch that I saw. It was at the premiere in 1977. I've been trapped ever since. And I am to this day.
Wonderful! Thanks
So incredibly powerful. With such a sense of gravity. And tension. I can't believe how this piece is not more discussed.
explian to us the meaning of it then sherlock holmes

What is BAM? Brooklyn Academy of Music? What does Bluebeard have to do with a park? Please explain, I wasn't even alive back then...
I'd like to know too, lol. ⏱
