Thank you for taking us back to the strip you built Jeff. It certainly has settled in well. I think we all enjoyed that series very much. There is no doubt that good well finished earthworks always hide the work that goes into them. It looks like it was always there. Jeff.
Wow what a great video!!! Oh dear lord how beautiful it is!! I think if I camped there, I would probably still be there….. don’t think I could leave.., Great job Jeff!!! Love it 😊
Thank you for posting, I was only thinking about that project last week and wondering how it turned out. Well it looks really good, that was a big job. The Grass has to be a rugged variety I guess to survive at that altitude, and stabilise the soil against erosion. All the best from the U.K.
Damn Jeff 3yrs ago really? Remember the vids like it was yesterday. Look how it has turned out. What an amazing advert for your work, you and your boys. You win for sure!
It sounds cool and all and I’m completely against living in a city but idk about living in complete BFE. It’s nice to at least be 30 minutes from town.
That's some beautiful country, Jeff. It has been over 25 years since I was in Idaho. Looks like it's time for another road trip to show the wife the beauty of the west!!
Awesome beautiful landscapes ! And also very nice job, well done Amigo ! In 1993 we extended the small airport in Auch (South W of France) that was the 1rst one for me, and was also a great experience. Keep on Rockin' ol' Boy !!
That was a wonderful way to celebrate a job well done. Thank You Jeff. The efforts to gather all the topsoil paid off. A tip of the hat 🎩 to the men at Anderson Construction. Best Wishes to You, Your Family and Friends. #D9G #14G #637
Thanks for going back and showing us the final results. Especially good to see the vegetation growth across the whole project. Sometimes it can turn into an erosion problem.. You did right on this one! 👍👍
Yes I remember the struggles you had building that runway but you persevered and guess what Jeff wins, great video looking at one of your old jobs, like to see some more of your past projects.
Great job on that project! Always nice to go back and see old projects and see what they look like now. Those drone shots were amazing. Thanks for sharing that.
Always do a good job on your projects, can tell you take pride in making sure things are done right, world needs more of it these days. Thanks for sharing Jeff!
The flashback images brought back the whole project. I remember that spot looked pretty level until you started moving dirt and rocks. Love that high country, but not in winter.
That’s a nice slice of heaven you’ve shared with us Jeff - and for that I am quite grateful. But the feeling is bittersweet, and for myself, met with some envy. I know it’s a fool’s errand to compare one’s self to others but I’m still doing it. And I recognize your life’s work, skills etc. I’m just so damn jealous because I know nothing (sgt Schultz? ;-)) I have no discernible skills. Nothing that mimics art after years of practice. Which is why I’m jealous. 20 years of insurance work. Good salaries, fed / feeding my family, kept / keeping a house. But nothing to show for it. Thanks for sharing with us mortals . Still love the channel. R-
Great video Jeff thanks for sharing your work from 3yrs ago. Wasn't that the job the mouse found his way into your camper? Always enjoy watching the drone footage and the music you put with the video. That's some very beautiful scenery around that runway.
Awesome Job you did My Friend. I rewatched the entire series again last night from the links you provided. Looked like a nice dirt/rock moving job. Watching you cut those slopes, reminds me of when I followed triple sixes in a 627 cutting the slopes in Wyoming in 1974 building the Rail line for the "new" Green river coal mine that the idiots that lead us want to close. you are absolutely correct about the "pucker" factor cutting them. TGP
I love that part of America. Went fishing out that way in the 70's as a teen and we caught about 50 keepers, had to stop cause the cooler would'nt hold any more. I remember you cutting that runway out, it was hot and smokey from wildfires, dusty dry work. You did an excellant job, Jeff.
Anyone out there .. including me . That wonders what's goes into a project like this ... here ya go watch the video and subscribe! I know a builder and he's says you gotta be able to invision the completed project! And Jeff I know u know it was gonna look just the way it does!! My hats off to ya bud!!
Hard to believe it’s been that long ago, but I guess it has because my daughter is fixin to be 4 years old in a couple of months. The way you were talking it up I was sure you were going to say you bought the place. Absolutely stunning views there. Great job!
Man. Three years! The older I get the faster the years go by. That was a great job. Glad you took us back.
It's weird isn't it
Thanks for bringing us back up there with you, Jeff!
That would have been fun to build. When I was young Cat field mechanic i mostly worked scraper jobs in the 80s, those ol C models were my favorite!
Turned out really nice. I remember that series, watched every one
That project was probably my favorite for all the years ive been watching your channel Jeff.
Thank you for taking us back to the strip you built Jeff. It certainly has settled in well. I think we all enjoyed that series very much. There is no doubt that good well finished earthworks always hide the work that goes into them. It looks like it was always there. Jeff.

What a beautiful spot to build a house in,,remote ,,peaceful ,,and away from all the noisy people,,,,paradise,,,,Now all I need is to win the lotto,,,
It sounds cool and all and I’m completely against living in a city but idk about living in complete BFE. It’s nice to at least be 30 minutes from town.
