The moment you lose your childishness, is the moment you (willingly!) put your first foot towards death. When people say I should "grow up", I take it as a true badge of honor. No, good sir. I won't. I refuse. Of course I am a functional adult, I have a job, family, the whole picture. Yet... I remember who I was. I remember the hours I could spend at the most minor of details. Some reflections in a puddle, the way a balloon behaved in air, or in water. In the end, we're just talking pure physics education here. But from a child's eye, it's true wonder. Magic, almost. We should cherish that magic.
' Indeed! There should be more like this. Everyone keeps on thinking that every adult is supposed to act like an adult but deep down we all haven't really finished childhood as time forced us to grow up too fast. Picture a giant version of a children's soft play area but there are so many different kinds of reality added to it. Like, on first glance would look like a normal soft play area that has been made bigger for all ages but then when one gets curious and ventures deeper into the depths then they will uncover secrets that lie behind secret hatches and doors, some of the hatches could need a sensory activation in order to open it. Creativity has no bounds nor have any rules on how to use it. But the greatest way to use it to use it to create art that others will see as a sense of beauty and also will enlighten their perception to a new perspective. ' - Chrome
I wouldn't say "for all ages". The water room would be difficult for children unless they are carried, the soft room and levitating flowers room would be difficult for elders to climb/crawl through. This is without mentioning the issues of handicap accessibility or seizure inducing experiences. And I'm sure these are a few of many hoops they had to jump through to get the exhibition "public ready". That said, I am glad they didn't compromised their key visions and adhere to the institutional approach of pleasing or needing to make it accessible for everyone. Especially when they could easily make each room individually accessible and not connected for viewers to choose/avoid, but I'd agree that the curated experience of going through one after another is much more impactful from what it seems.
I think I may have said this before, but Rambalac, I really hope that you will one day be awarded for the incredible work you do in spreading the uniqueness and beauty of Japan to all of us in other countries. I've thoroughly enjoyed "walking" with you and getting the chance to peek into little shops, nooks and alleys, busy streets and see both the nature and architecture of the places you've filmed. As someone who never got the chance to travel, I appreciate it so much. Thank you.

well it is a selfie place for probably 90 percent of the people there, just look at how many people are staring at their phones more than staring at the art
Starfall room and levitating flowers room were a trip. Balloon room was a claustrophobic person's nightmare. It is amazing how they created all of these.
This was the only art exhibit I’ve ever been to that has brought me to tears. I went in August of this year and was really struggling with depression at the time. I found a corner in the floating orchids exhibit and just soaked it all in and began to cry. It was such a wonderful exhibit and I really do hope I can visit it again some day.
I hope you’re doing better now my friend! May I ask if you’re a native Japanese person or a westerner who went to Japan? If you don’t want to disclose that, that’s totally fine!
They had a similar (but a bit smaller scale) exhibition in Finland a few years ago and the same thing happened to me. I ended up visiting it several times, because the experience was just something my mental state desperately needed.
I was at this exhibition just a month ago. It's incredible, a cosmic feeling. Unreal. I spent 2 hours in a room with flowers in outer space, it’s impossible to get away from such beauty. 😍 Bravo, thanks to the creators!
One of my favorite experiences ever. Absolutely loved the room with the lights and the hanging flowers. Everyone should be able to experience this at least once.
That was awesome. I think my favorite part was the star fall room. Soo awesome. Can't thank you enough for these walks they are soo very peaceful and relaxing
I think this place just changed the chemistry of my brain. And I’m not kidding when I say that: I’ve been in a fog lately, and no matter what I did, it seemed that I simply couldn’t clear my head. But suddenly, here I am, with a clear mind and a whole new perspective on life and the world as a whole. Just WOW. Whoever built this place is incredibly good at what they do. This is UNBELIEVABLE!
My mind just melted in the best ways ;) Such beauty and blissful sights! To the team that put it all together, you did your thing! Congratulations on such talent and artists
Great Vid! I went back in April and it was very cool! Fishy room was my favorite! Flowers in space made me feel a little sick. The ethereal music makes me nostalgic to feel that kind of vibe again - like the elevator to Shibuya Sky. It was packed with crowds when I went but your visit looked much more relaxing. I'm glad neither of us dropped our camera in the water. Your videos were a big part of the reason I went to Japan. Please keep it up!
Thank you so much for going to these places and events. I often hear about them, but only ever get a few clips or still images from the dedicated art sites/channels that showcase them. Walking with you is the closest that I can get to actually experiencing these wonderful art installations first-hand. I know you probably get comments that say this all the time, but you genuinely enrich my life with your videos. Thank you so much.
I had absolutely amazing experience watching this video, even if it was just aural/visual and missing the rest of the sensory stimuli. By the time Ram got to the last room (with plants), there was just so much colour on the screen, and that warm, drone ambient music filling the room (use headphones, it'll be worth it), that my brain melted. No drugs needed.
I was there just over a week ago. The silver statues was closed, but unlike the flowers here, which were static, during my visit they were all continuously going up and down on silent winch cables, which added a different dimension to the flower room. Actually I enjoyed the train ride from Shimbashi station to this venue almost as much. It was elevated track, driverless on rubber tyres for about 10 km, over an enormous bridge. Fantastic views of Tokyo on the way.
Idk about you but to me it seemed like they were moving here too. Maybe I'm just thinking about another part of the video or I just haven't gotten enough sleep (which I rarely do) so that could definitely be possible. Anyways goodnight

HOLY HELL! I desperately wanted to visit Japan before but I HAVE TO NOW!!!! This was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Such a beautiful group of art installations, people in America would 100% have a problem with having to take their shoes off and walk in water, I feel like this could only happen in Japan and it’s perfect, it’s PART of the experience. People here would just complain and find problems with safety. I loved this thank you so much for taking me through such a unique experience!
I love your work. You are one of my favorite UA-camrs, truly makes it an immersive experience even if i don’t have a lot of money to go travel. At least i get to see it in your perspective. Thank you. And this art installation seems truly beautiful, I’d love to explore it one day in person. :)
You need to go, save money even if it's a few dollars every paycheck. Once you have a few thousand buy yourself the planea tickets and hotel. It's a Dream vacation.
its like a mental playplace, like how playgrounds are physical stimulation, this place is mental stimulation very awesome, felt like i was watching something thru a vr headset.
This art is all inspired by nature. You need nature. It’s is scientifically proven that nature makes humans more happy. Cities need more nature and green
Absolutely stunning and magical. Trust it to the Japanese to make beautiful evocative and immersive art like this. It’s like you step foot in a world like Pandora.
Imagine visiting such an extensive exhibit but then having to record everything and not truly enjoying the actual beauty of it all. Don't forget to be in the moment with friends, family, and most importantly, yourself.
@@chozen_juan yes your right. If I ever visited Japan this would be at the top of my things to see. Truly an experience to behold in person I would think.

@@HeckerDontbegay shut up bruh no one asked
Rambalac has walked so much that he has reached the moon. ^u^
Thanks for this video, I went there a month ago. It was a really great experience, but didn’t capture the experience on camera as well as you.
A SUPER COOL ACID TRIP. ❤
Oh neato, new Rambalac! I love interactive exhibits like this, where you feel like you're part of it.
Cant wait to visit this place next month!
Thank you for sharing this one Rambalac ! Very relaxing and soothing ! I love to watch it before sleeping... You're the Best !!
6 more days and then I'll be in Tokyo and get to visit this amazing place!
Did you get to see it
how was it
This stirred so many emotions in me! The best 35mins I have ever spent on UA-cam. 🇬🇧
Интригующе! Чарующе! Интересно! Спасибо большое за необычное! Браво!!!
Una experiencia extraordinaria y fantástica!!!!! Muchas gracias y saludos desde Argentina!!!!
Very impressive but I can't help to think it would be really awesome to experience it without other people.
I'm so grateful that you are posting again ❤
Спасибо!
Que dice ahi
Was there just 2 weeks ago - thanks for the memories Ram. Hope you get to the team labs Botanical in Osaka sometime.
Wow, a world where strange things are possible 😅🥰💙 ! As for filming - seems nothing is too difficult for you 👍❤👍!
The Star fall room is a freaking LSD show.. love it 😮
I love your work. You are one of my favorite UA-camrs, truly makes it an immersive experience even if i don’t have a lot of money to go travel. At least i get to see it in your perspective. Thank you.
And this art installation seems truly beautiful, I’d love to explore it one day in person. :)
Beautiful !!!! 👍✨😽❤️
You look AWESOME Rambalac !! And I think the beautiful girl, in the purple skirt, following you, thought the same 👍😘
Marianne, this I was shy to comment 🤐😊- but I fully agree 😉🍀
Que es rambalac???
I recently visited TeamLab Planets. It was a fantastic experience! The "star fall" room and "flowers in outer space" were my favorites.
Why did this bring me to tears 🤔😢 the world has so much hate but this place reminds me that the world has so much beauty too 🌍❤
Absolutely stunning thank you for this.
Комната с цветами потрясающая. 👍
Fantastic Ram. Great work as always
This seems unreal. I wanna go to Japan so bad
Same 😭
This place and Shibuya Sky are absolute musts in Tokyo if you manage to go sometime
You need to go, save money even if it's a few dollars every paycheck. Once you have a few thousand buy yourself the planea tickets and hotel. It's a Dream vacation.
I so want to visit this magical place...
23:15 THERE YOU ARE
its like a mental playplace, like how playgrounds are physical stimulation, this place is mental stimulation very awesome, felt like i was watching something thru a vr headset.

Wow Rambalac watching this was humbling thank you for uploading this experience!
sowas gibt es nur in Japan. Wahnsinnig schön !
your sound has become better and better
The world needs more places like this, if we did there would be less hate and less violence I truly believe that. Art heals us, thank you for sharing.
I believe you are absolutely correct! This is otherworldly and beautiful beyond words.
This art is all inspired by nature. You need nature. It’s is scientifically proven that nature makes humans more happy. Cities need more nature and green
Imagine doing this walkthrough after a few drinks 😂
That is amazing ❤
Absolutely stunning and magical. Trust it to the Japanese to make beautiful evocative and immersive art like this. It’s like you step foot in a world like Pandora.
Imagine visiting such an extensive exhibit but then having to record everything and not truly enjoying the actual beauty of it all. Don't forget to be in the moment with friends, family, and most importantly, yourself.
@@chozen_juan yes your right. If I ever visited Japan this would be at the top of my things to see. Truly an experience to behold in person I would think.
I don't think I've seen a better immersive experience in my life. This is amazing.
Very cool place 🙂
Wow! What an intro. What a trippy experience. Loved it!!
This exhibit is GORGEOUS, but can we also talk about the couple at 24:50 for a second?? They're so cute! ☺💖
