There was a pyq on the meaning of liberty and i never understood why upsc preferred opportunities to develop oneself fully over the absence of restraints option..untill today. Thank you sir
Watched the 3 classes on political concepts by varun sir in the 2025 foundation batch, his quality of teaching is unmatched! Loved how he made us revise in between the classes
When the learner stays in the loop during a teacher's lecture, it depicts the quality of the teacher. Really enjoyed the lecture, Varun Sir. Thanks for providing these concepts here. :)
With regards to the example of Sabrimala temple - It's not a question of gender justice. It's the nature of the deity which bars entry of a particular age group. There is no blanket ban of women entering the temple. The presiding deity is celibate and hence not everyone is allowed. This is a particular case of temple only. Every temple will have some traditions and customs which needs to be respected.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the Chairman of the Drafting Committee of the Indian Constitution, said that a successful democracy is one that protects the rights of minorities and that there must be no glaring inequalities in society.
