Let's COOK Apricot chicken potjie fam.
This is how I made it.
Ingredients:
Chicken pieces of your choice
I used a full chicken cut
Olive oil
Dried Apricots 1 cup
1 Tbsp Apricot jam
1 onion chopped
1 cup of white mushrooms
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic crushed or fresh garlic chopped
Potjiekos spice
Mixed herbs
Salt & Black pepper for taste
1 Tbsp of all-purpose seasoning (Six Gun) Chicken stock pot water enough to cover
