This so cool and funny. The fact you wore this suit for 2 days is awesome. Really nice of you to bring your wife some lunch. The fact that people brought food at the game shows that everyone loves the Chief. However, I would never sleep in that armor. Also, everyone needs a friend like Ryan. congrats on completing the 50 hour challenge and hope you are well.

It’s called Mjölnir armor, not Spartan, that is the name of the breed of super soldiers that Petty Officer John 117(Master Chief) came from.

Masterchief's armour would Have a variable vectored heat exchanger system linked to a thermal exchange fluid micro channel array in the gel layer, with micro scale bio foam injector valves every Centimeter of the internal lining layer which would also have pressure sensors for momement sensing and movement power amplification as part of the power suit actuator interface system (all of which would be accessible by cortana through the cerebral interface port behind Chief's head)
Also the suit plating would have layers of titanium and Graphene with the graphene acting as a low resistance electromagnet field generator to push the plasma energy field far away enough from the plating to prevent melting it and the suit would be positively electrically charged with dc electrostatic discharge from the shield generator at the tir of the helicon ioniser antenna, the plasma energy shield would have a Cyclotronic resonnant frequency coupling with it from a high frequency dc pulse current source on every plate of the armour,
The High velocity of the thin plasma sheath would adsorb incoming plasma and would repel and deflect small projectiles but would be pushed against the suit causing a catastrophic plasma explosion of for example a sniper rifle bullet were to impact it, so the suit's computer system would have to automatically cut off the shield retention and ionisation fields to prevent a compounding plasma explosion.
The Visor would be a multi layer Aluminium oxynitride or artificial sapphire outer layer with an oled illuminated smart glass Hud display behind a layer of polygiene plastic,
The armour plating would have an outer layer of tungsten with a micro porous outer coating of titanium nitride that would retain metal oxide coloured dyes in definitely.
The shield upon being impacted would cause the contacting tips of any projectiles to be explosively ionised in repelled by the sudden high pressure ionised (metal) gas,
The energy source of the suit would consist of a compact miniature (Deuterium-Tritium) fusion reactor with a high efficiency thermoelectric heat to electricity converter array heat sinked to the base, of the reactor toroid.
The Fluid systems including full body temperature regulated micro fluid channels and biofoam injectors pumped by magnetohydrodynamic micro pump vessels, and planar peristaltic micro pump arrays.
Chief's back armour panels would be thick but with air tank cavities inside to store enough pure liquified oxygen to provide the air scrubber systen to keep chief alive for +-2 hours? Given Lungs consume on average 6 Millilitres of oxygen per hour, each tank inside the panel would be +-800 Millilitres or 0.8Litres. The second tank would contain water and protein powder with advanced targeted delivery multi vitamins and the thired part of the tank containing biofoam liquid.
The carbon dioxide scrubber would be a nano-porous film with a high pressure compressor, acting as a high flow rate gas phase reverse osmosis system.
Sweat and urine are collected and are purified with a reverse osmosis graphene nano porous filter membrane and then deionised with cyclic self cleaning electrostatically charged platinum micro plate arrays.
Suit jacks cief off automatically, maybe with a bit of assistance from cortana 💀, when in space, The suit operator has to use standard astronaught toiletry procedures, which would obviously be fatal otherwise, boots have super powerful graphene wire electromagnets for walking in zero G, meybe small batteries in the thighs /Hip plates for maybe up to 10 minutes auxilliary suit power.

Just a suggestion, I think you guys should try your hands at making some ODST armor. I'm pretty sure it'd look sick and might be a fun thing to create, especially with how you can have varied armor pieces like Romeo, Buck, Dutch or Mickey's armor.

Priority 1 for a perfect Master chief armor, the ability to go to the bathroom, to see and drive with no problem.
You're keeping that helmet off way too much. Chief basically lives in that thing. Need some defogging/air circulation system. Also, if you really want the Chief experience, Spartans have catheters up their pee holes so they can urinate in their armor until they're back at base and can take it all off. Enjoy! : D
