    Hello I'm in the prostart program and I'm new to all this stuff but I do work harder then most when it comes to study and I had a question. You said one sixty five or higher and Ik there are foods that do require lots of heat but for common chickens it's around 150 degrees Celsius. And awesome what you did with the mirepoix and using the juices, noiiiise au jus
