- The gorgeous collection of August Foil Club transfer foils from APS (Artistic Painting Studio) came, and I threw caution to the wind when I decided to put THREE on the same tumbler! The three different areas and foils behaved in three different ways, which was an interesting experience, to be sure! While I love the finished look of the tumbler, I clearly still have a lot of learning to do with using these amazing foils! The scrub brush gods laughed and laughed and laughed.

You squeegee so gently, im over here flinging water everywhere. It looked beautiful! That gold foil went on like a dream! The middle one is really pretty!
LOL! Thanks - I was just afraid I'd mess up the pin stripes if I got too carried away with the squeegee 😄 Yes, I wish the bottom pink had worked as well. Even more, I wish there were some way to tell in advance which foils work that well and which don't so I could pick and choose a little better!

Far out! I use a scrub brush like that on packing tape, too. It really gets the tape stuck down well.

Thank you! That sparkle is just a little of the MNG 504 ultra-fine glitter mixed in the final coat of resin, since the Rainbow shows up only on dark colors. 😊✨✨
what is the best way to store these foils? I have started to add them to my supplies but don't want them messed up
Excellent question! So far, I’ve been leaving them rolled the way they’re sent to me, but that prevents easily seeing all the different foils in each rolled up collection. I recently saw a short fb video where the person took each separate foil and rolled it up super thin (like a pencil), then stored it upright in something like a dollar tree glass vase. That way each foil is visible, and none of the foils are getting scrunched or crumpled or anything.
Will tack it over and over work as well?
Great question! I’ve found that the Tack It glue is not quite as strong as the foil adhesive, so I use the adhesive for main overall application, then use the Tack It for small spot touch ups.

LOL! That's not a bad suggestion at all! I would probably do something like leave it in the freezer (stranger things have happened!)😁😁
