Believe it or not there are songs that Floor simply can not pull off, this is one of them. Anette's vocals fit this like a glove!!It was indeed Marko singing, Troy only did the "gar tuht river" part. On your own you should watch the fan made animated video to this song. It will bring a tear to your eye
I whole-heartedly concur!! That fan made animated video is brilliant, hope Pete watches it in his own time. And just how blessed are Nightwish to have had three great (though quite different) female vocalists? Not forgetting Marko too of course! Really miss him! I will always have a soft spot for Anette too❤Love her sweet voice and those two albums featuring her are two of my favourite NW albums.
Floor can pull it of live, but you can see/hear that she does not really like the song, just like "Over the Hills", she must have been happy when both songs were removed from the set list (Over the hills is the only Nightwish song (but originally Gary Moore) I do not like).
