It's interesting looking at Zara and Jae and realizing the characteristics that I can clearly see in their parents. Jae has his mother's good spirit and mischief making energy. This must have been the best episode so far. Things you both said, really hit home and made me feel that things I have experienced, has happened to so many other woman and made me feel less alone. I have three wonderfull boys, or should I say men ( almost adults all three) and they are the best thing I have ever done in my life. Wow, i don’t really express my thoughts in a comment but this time i am making this exception ! This story of yours that you’ve shared is amazing and thank you so much for it ! I hope you read this because i will put all my thought in it and i believe it could motivate you to keep on going. for the past few day i have been listening to all of your podcasts and there is a lot to learn not only from your podcasts but also the short content you make… and through those videos there are many things that one can implicitly understand into whats it like to have a happy family. My parents are one of the nicest and coolest parents in my opinion and for sure i learn a lot from them and their ways not directly from them telling me but just by witnessing what they do and how they do it and for this past few years, as i am still waiting for them to arrange me a marriage, i have tried to understand and learn as much as i can to at least have a background in what its like to be a husband and what its like to be a father and one thing that always bothered me is that my parents raised us in a different era where my elder siblings and i never really experienced the whole social media phase or at least it didn’t interfere in our upbrining significantlly as it was introduced later in our lifes while our childhood was filled with all the traditional values and moments where we bonded and had a reflective upbringing that i believe in this stage in humanity its hard to maintain and that kind of bothers me because i think that in this stage with all the technological advances and social media etcetra it is hard to instill such mannerisms or values and maintain them in one’s children. Thank you for showing me that i am incorrect. I know that i only see the tip of the iceberg from your lives but when i see the little of how much love and respect and care your family has i acknowledge that my hopes of building a successful family are not impossible to accomplish and i also acknowledge that hardships that one should take. Thank you Mrs. Melwani And Mr. Melwani. I can’t wait for the father’s day special if you’re going to make one and i can’t wait to hear Mr. Melwani’s story, i believe as a young man who’s hopefully about to get married and hopefully become a father there’s a lot to learn from you Sir. The discussion about normal and abnormal where she was there for her mother’s cancer treatment while TRID was essentially living alone for 6-8 months and didn’t even remember that part is just an example for what an amazing relationship these two have.💐 I don’t think guys these days can go being away from their partners for that long(for whatever reason). Thank you for speaking on miscarriage-I am 30 and my first of two pregnancies ended in miscarriage. To this day I still have moments that I ask myself what I could have done different but the way you put it was a great reminder that simply our bodies were not ready. Really loved this episode

The girl will be hard in her early teens, but she will come back to you quickly and realize all that you are to her. Don't let those early teen years hurt you. The boy will love you always, but he will find his own way and his own love and he will drift more to her and her family. It doesn't diminish his love for you. He's just shifting his priorities. I say this with a 17 year old girl and 21 year old boy. And when i say the girl and the boy its because i very affectionately refer to my own this way on social media.

I just came across this podcast and while I was watching it and hearing this beautiful story of Sheena and Trid's life it brought tears to my eyes (someone was cutting onions). Their love for each other is something I believe everyone longs for. Trid has the most calming voice, and Sheena has the most beautiful voice when she is singing and not to mention the best laugh. I just had a miscarriage, was 7 weeks and I can see that it affected me a lot differently to my husband. This was my first pregnancy after years of being told we would never have kids. It does feel so painful to tell people about it, and many who have never experienced such don't know how to react to that information.
