Yak almost got skunked. What happened
I like how norm took the time to give us his personal advice on how to catch bass with specific lures and gear while trey was trying to spend more money but also be thoughtful, then there is yakpak who wanted to spend as much as possible

Here is the real kicker if you do not have wife and kids you make less money. So it is all done in design to keep us men from spending lots of money at bass pro shop. The world holding us down.

You guys should do a key chain lure challenge. At Walmart they have jerk baits with no hooks as key chains. And you would put hooks on them and try to catch a fish.

1/8th shakey head with net bait tmac and 5 or 6 inch stickbaits. Mini underspin with 2.8 kaitech fat and 3-3.5 Largo shad. Squarebill 2-5 feet in obnoxious color. 3/0 ewg and 5 inch super fluke. All you need. Don't just use a 7-2 medium heavy either. M/ML rod with underspin. Medium Moderate/Moderate Fast for cranks. Medium light/Medium for shakey head. Fish it like a troller.

Norm, you came in clutch today! I hooked and lost my PB Smallmouth twice and than there was rain, thunder and lightning the rest of the day. Finally, when I got home I saw that you posted and that got me fired up. Absolutely, the most entertaining fishing content I've ever watched! Love you Norm!

With your obsession with rattle traps Norm I am very surprised you have not tried the 6th sense quake 70. may favorite brand for rattle trap style lure. red is my favorite, caught several pike and small mouth on them. Never seem to fail me. Rattle is so intense it vibrates my bass tracker on retrieve close to the boat.

can you do a Chinese vs USA lure challenge next?
You should try fishing braid to a mono leader. You don't have to set the hook so hard and you don't break off as many fish when just using fluorocarbon. Just my opinion.
For real. Any kink to fluoro and you gotta strip the line. Braid generally lasts longer and is the most multifunctional
