Crime Scene! Met him on my start day, he was off like a rocket :) and Pa'at, who I never met but all of us know and love since his terminus song went viral... good to hear another tune of his! Thanks for making this video.
Caitlin, Thanks for the kind words. I first met Crime Scene a little north of Olallie Lake. He was exhausted after having just walked 55 miles without sleep. I was very happy to see him again as he was hiking back to Harts Pass on the day I made it to the terminus. Happy New Year
@@jonanderson3667 sounds like a Crime Scene move! :D fast fast. I found the story of your journey as covered in Outside and elsewhere so awesome! My dad is a former NPS ranger and joined me on trail for a short section or dayhikes in a few places. Rad that you had that ranger background in SoCal and then came back for the whole adventure.
Crashed out on the floor just past the closure? We must of have passed on the same day. Funny how you’re so close on a thru hike but sometimes never know it
@@Wanderlonger I am came through the LHFC the day of August 2nd. I spent that night at Olallie Lake (got there at 8pm) and left there early on the 3rd. I saw Crime Scene later that morning at the first spring. If you guys came through the night of the 2nd then Tourniquet was asleep in her tent when I arrived and I saw your tent when I left OL in the morning
Awesome video (indeed, the entire PCT series). I hope you guys are really proud of yourselves. And I can relate to Lost & Found's losing his poles in the river (I'm on my 3rd or 4th pair) :)

You’re welcome, thanks for watching. He never did slow down!

@@Wanderlonger There's always Quttinirpaaq for a hike :)
CRIME SCENE!!!🎉 Got to meet him and he’s a great guy. Lol he told me the story on how he got his trail name 😳
Carabiner
Yeah, we were lucky to bump into his group all the way the Canada. Hope you’re own hike went well.
@@Wanderlonger unfortunately I had to end at Big Bear due to an injury but going back out there for 2023 🤞
Sorry to hear that, good luck next year! Will be worth it.
I met the girl from France. She camped next to me in the Indian heaven!
Sticks! We miss our trail family
