Only a few months ago on an engagement in Scotland, (The Highlands Games, I think) with the Queen and Prince Charles, - Princess Ann, The Princess Royal was sitting next to her mother with her legs crossed. If the children here are the actual victims, then I'd say as a whole their parents are giving them access to the internet much too young. Now if they need their phones for a security matter, every parent should be knowledgeable that there have been programs available for over a decade that will monitor phones & a parent needs to install them and monitor them. It's a small price to pay for the safety of your child. An adult brain in a pedophile can easily overthink the child & they have the patience to wait & build the child's confidence in them, that's part of what grooming is.
