Try to stretch your lips outwards same mouth position as a kiss. Try that out it should stop the whistling

i dont know why but i can do poh scratch/snare with a click roll tongue position
Fun fact you can do the POH snare with your young in the middle position and up as well as the lower position it has to do with the air moving through the sides of your mouth around your tongue, you can pitch it by moving your tongue up down and in the middle
