- 今回は、エメラルドカットルースの石座が、ルースのサイズに微妙に合わない時に、24gaワイヤーで作る、石座の作り方のご紹介です
見本はアーティスティックワイヤーで作っていますが、14kgfのハーフハードタイプで作れば、さらにしっかりルースが留まります。
方眼紙に図を描いて、長さと角度を確認しながら作る方法です。

15:47ワイヤー28gaで、爪に１回か２回巻きながら枠に巻くWrap it once around the prong and then around the frame.
23:03ワイヤーを切って、枠の形を整えるCut the wire and adjust the shape of the frame
23:30ルースを載せて爪の位置を調整するPlace loose and adjust prong position
23:49平ペンチで爪を立てるSet up the prongs with flat pliers
24:28爪を曲げるbend the prongs
25:00ルースを入れて爪を留めるkeep prongs
26:09ワイヤーを６mmに切るCut into 6mm pieces
26:43石座にスライドボールとチェーンを付けるAttach the slide ball and chain

You can use it. I have made a 5 x 4mm emerald cut loose piece using 26ga.💎
