based on a film about a submarine that was painted pink, i think it was the only paint available, also experimenting with pink because of colours during sunset and sunrise. i think HMS Kelly was also painted pink for a while
@@rcmodelwarships6893 That is a very specific part of the day and honestly it's a grave mistake if they really done that. I lack a sense for colors. It's either black or white. I really like turquoise and anthracite color, but that's pretty much it. I'm fascinated by people who can paint scale models in insane detail. My brain just doesn't understand what colors to mix.

there were breakages. brushes used to keep clean. storage boxes etc
