Mr Kenneth identifies as a member of the Labour Party because he has a membership card, his name is on their party membership register. The assembly members have their cards and their names are still on the register of the PDP and that is the only way to prove that their membership is still intact and that was what the judge saw an made his decision. He is talking rubbish. Is there no mode or procedure for change of party? was this followed? if the answer is no..This loud mouth have no point. The court have made a valid point. They only denounce their membership without following due process. It therefore mean they remain PDP member. Liken this to going to the bank to withdraw fund, if you did not fill a teller and consent to the withdrawal, there is no way you can be given a fun. so you can tell bank to give you money with mouth and so you get it right away, there are procedures for things. Ken should stop displaying his ignorance openly because it is not nollywood.
