Lamb Loin Chops

Lamb loin chops with asparagus and some potatoes. I couldn't get a good shot of them to show the interior, but it was mildly pink and truthfully a bit over for me. In Canada, the best tasting lamb is New Zealand, then Australian. Canadian lamb tends to be very gamey for my taste. It works, sometimes in stews and long cooks, but New Zealand definitely is the way to go. I guess it all comes down to the feed?
Loin chops have a bit of the 'lamb' [gamier] taste. The rack or chops are actually much better, but generally can't find them on sale. Will have to do a separate video on them, as i like the rack roasted and the chops grilled.
