It makes sense that they had to Nerf this guy he basically had the ferocity and vengefulness and tactfulness of Shredder with all the powers of Venom but basically got all the weaknesses of a basic vampire
Sh’Okanbo is actually a pretty interesting villain, and one of the most interesting aspects of his story is how it led to the Shredders’ return. Cyber Shredder was programmed into existence after Viral’s demise, which if not for her association with Sh’Okanbo she probably wouldn’t have tried to seek vengeance on the Turtles and died. The Utrom Shredder’s return was somewhat inevitable I guess. But some speculate say that the Tengu Shredder’s resurrection was a result of the energy exerted by the other Shredders due to their possession of his mantle. And one last thing about the Shredder is that I think Ch’rell’s ruthless destruction of April’s shop was as a result of being terrified by the Turtles’ victory against him in Sh’Okanbo’s lair. Yes, the FF season was probably not given into thought at the time, but Ch’rell became very hateful of the turtles, even after one loss against them. Also he was probably somewhat responsible for their mutation because Donnie was sent in time to his own metamorphosis and the truck driver became more out of control after seeing him. And one last speculation (yes, this whole comment was based on mere thoughts, but hey, nothing’s wrong with speculating, unless it is on something that is totally without fruit. I believe some of those things makes sense) anyway I think after Ch’rell’s death in the alternate dystopia, Sh’Okanbo came down to earth and successfully conquered it because O’Neil tech was probably non-existent and the Turtles couldn’t have been at the future because at the time of Cody’s anomaly they were preoccupied with the Shredder problem and it didn’t happen, thus Cody probably didn’t exist unfortunately. It’s probable that Bishop had the Earth protection grid built and without him, coupled by Earth’s state because of the Foot, aliens probably never arrived and the sun was uncontrollable by humane beings.
sh'okanabo easily one of the scariest cartoon villain characters in my opinion. He scared the living hell out me when I watch fast forward for the first time.
My only issue with this guy was that his slime only started to become infectious on contact once this was established in an episode - the times he made contact with the turtles or Splinter before, nothing happened to them despite the fact that it should have infected them (especially in the movie theater)
Loved this guy when this season aired, all for his appearance, powers, and voice. It honestly didn't click for me at first when I saw him as a kid, but Sh'Okanabo was basically an expy of Shredder for Fast Forward.
This guy scared me when growing up. Something about him just made me want to close my eyes whenever I see him on screen. He really had an affect on me as a kid.

Darius didn't seem like much of a threat compared to this guy - the mere fact that he was actually killed tells you how evil he was.
