he may have degenerative bone disease, give him Vitamin D3 60K UNIT syrup once a week for next 6 weeks along with Shelcal 500 once a day. Also give him Cosiquen HA tablet a day for next 45 days. For pain management give Carodyl 50 mg tablet a day for 10 days and Rantac 300 mg at empty stomach for 10 days.

Mere paas gsd female pup hay ak 3months 10 days hua hay aj usko...last 1month se usko megaflex de rahi hu 4gm once with food .. result is good.. pehle se bones pe improvement dikh rahi hay usko.. but still usko right back leg pe chalne ki dikkat aaa rahi hay.. when she used to be 2 months of old.. back legs pe khra hoke khud ti thi thodi bohot..abhi nai karti hay zyada.. plus wo bachpan se superman position pe soti thi always.. after that jab wo uththi thi toh wohi right back leg lock ho jati thi for 3-4 seconds.. so uska baad hi megaflex suggest kia tha Vet ne and Vet ne kahan ye position pe sona bad hay bohot change karo isko..wo bhi kar diya.. but still again kuch dino se sometimes she's Liming on her that back right leg only.. vet advised to arachitol 3L injection...week me once for 6 weeks.. will it be helpful?? Thik ho jayegi wo?? Sir?? Can't see her in pain.. I all want is just make her fit and fine again..🙏🏻 please help me out sir
Yes she needs vitamin D3 which your vet suggested. I also advise you to get the digital XRAY done for her leg to know what has happened.
