Hengistbury Head

I went to Hengistbury Head today for my summer excursion. There is no point going abroad when it is this hot in the UK. It was good, but very hot doing an hour and a half walk. I am very lucky I put sun cream on or I would be blistering in pain tonight, you have got to take the sun seriously. Well, some nice views, the usual is still happening to me, I'm under serious pressure internally, but doing ok.
