The 9x19VSN (gun used by Delirious when he plays as Kapkan) is also known as the PP-19-01 Vityaz SMG. It is a gun based off of the AK-74U, but chambered to 9x19 Para ammunition.

This one time I was playing as kapkan, and I got sniped through a wall (we found out later that one of the guys on the enemy team was hacking) and I was dead, then a minute later everyone on my team was dead except for my teammate Patrick, and my Kapkan traps killed everybody on the enemy team and we won. XD

You'd have had to play 5rounds, aced 4 rounds, and then get 1 kill on another round. Considering if you kill all of them, you win unless you don't get objective (which is almost impossible on attack), it's incredibly unlikely to the point of impossible.
