First off the caliper bolts are not 13 mm they are 19 mm..... and you also fail to mention that to access the upper caliper bolt you need to have a socket wrench that bends because it is too tight to get a normal socket wrench in there.
This video is horrible. The 2018 subaru crosstrek is 2 - 14mm bolts to remove caliper and 2 - 19 mm bolts to remove bracket. He says 2 - 13mm bolts for caliper and 2 - 21mm bolts for bracket. WTH....
So what you're saying is that you're saving $300 by doing your own brakes but you can't spend 50 bucks on a socket set. Oh, you're just a sad little man hiding behind a keyboard
Why not flip the c clamp around so you can put it in the middle and compress both pistons at once?

Just a question. Other videos say the caliper mount torque value is 81.1 ftlb but your video suggests 48-59 ftlbs.
All I wanted was the jackpoints, dang

Is this as out backs
I know this dude didn't just use a c-clamp on the front of a brand new brake pad.
"Place a used brake pad over the face of the piston to protect the surface from marring."
...do you tho?
Soap and water?? Why not brake clean?
Very informative tutorial video❤
aren't the lug nuts 19mm instead of 14mm?
How about showing how to back off the E-brake pads in this video?
What about the Outback 2020 and forward?
Nothing about the parking brake when replacing the rear rotor🤨
Is this method the same for a 2022 limited model?
Cool! Thanks for sharing.
