One thing to mention which helps a bit, is the research timers are a lot quicker than in the foundry in Warframe. Descendants take 16 hours vs 3.5 days, and weapons taking only 4 hours. A limit of 5 is still pretty small though, considering what you said that researching the items required to get the Descendants also take space. I agree 10 would be a pretty good start.
True, still will be a big pain early on.
I think this might be inspiretion why the latest devshort reb mentioned they've been low key looking at the idea of reducing timers and steve said their soulframe crafts go up to 1 day.
I wish they'd put more video/ audio options. The most noticeable thing to me was that there was no option to select audio output. That makes it difficult to separate the audio channels between the game and discord. I also hope that do something a little better and less annoying than the riven situation in Warframe. (Stupid unlock conditions, and pay to make more space.)
Nice video😁👍
I thought this was warframe 😂 seriously the font they choose I'm pretty sure its warframe font
So you have to beat the game to get the other descendants kinda lame
All I really got from the betas I played was "what if Warframe but with worse mobility, bog standard looter inventory problems, and horrible characters, writing and narrative." Like, Warframe takes a little bit to get going, but even early quests have some okay voice acting, atmosphere, and world building. First Descendant had none of that.
It's very pretty, for sure, it just doesn't feel like it has any real substance. Like, 16 Void Intercept bosses. That's neat. Will they have any real narrative reason to be taken down? I guess we wait and see, though if the story isn't that good and the missions aren't varied enough, then it'll be a dangerous road ahead.
Same feeling...
Have they said how long the main story is at launch and whether or not it'll get updates similar to Destiny/Warframe?
