how do i calculate voltage and current at relay like the video, when faults are in between the transmission line, i mean how do you calculate that you get the 177kV and 17700A?

If the fault is bolted, then the phase angle of the shorted line will be the same, but the magnitude of the line impedance will be reduced. To calculate the line impedance per mile you need information regarding the line conductors wire size, phase spacing, grouping, average distance above grade, etc. ie. It's a highly involved calculation itself.

What ever may be the load current even if over loaded total impedance measured by relay can’t be less than line impedance. Video at 9:20
