Thank you so, so much Brenda, this is perfect. My grandparents are huge Fleetwood a Mac fans and being able to pick this up so quickly will hopefully mean I get to play it for them while they’re still around.
Excellent. Love your style of piano instruction because you sing the song. I've always listened to music without knowing the words because they were hard for me to decipher in the way they were sung.
You answered alot of questions I've had over the years such as how do you coordinate the left and the right hands as you play I do not play and up until now found the piano a very intimidating instrument for the basic casual player you proved my thoughts wrong thank you
Brenda I can kind of sing Don't be cruel be the Great Elvis but I would love to see you teach the entire song on piano. Can't quite figure out some moves on the piano yet. Ofcourse only if you find the TIME from your busy schedule. Thanks.
I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on playing/singing Weekend In New England by Barry Manilow. It would really help if you would do a tutorial on playing ballads in 3/4 time.
Brenda, I have a question that is driving me crazy. How do you know which accompaniment pattern to use for a song, and when do you play arpeggiated chords? I am trying to learn and play Barry Manilow songs and it seems that some of these techniques do not fit the songs. Help
It's all about developing a repertoire of different grooves and accompaniment strategies and then picking the right now. Schedule a lesson and I can help you!
@@PianoandVoicewithBrenda I plan on signing up for lessons as soon as I get the $$$. You did help me a lot with your answer. I was wondering if you tried the different strategies for a song, and then chose the best one.

You are a good teacher for us who have very basic piano skills and know a few chords but not sure how to accompany. Thank you!
