Love the ad at 1:55 - 2:08! Is it just me, or did Marc Brown often keep reusing that same background "camera angle" of the Read family's den on Page 7 in many of the Arthur books? They also often used that angle of the den in the TV series, too.
@@mikesmemoriesfromthepast89 It was Mom. "I won't be home until tonight." she said. "Is everything alright?" "Umm... Fine. Uh, just great." Said Arthur.
Interesting how here they still presumably had Joey Edelman voice "The Brain," giving him a more masculine voice than the TV series premiering a couple years before, especially since this book was actually adapted from an episode of the TV series (compared to prior games being based on books predating the show.) But at least Joey's "The Brain" voice here is better than the strange voice he had in "Arthur's Teacher Trouble."
10:20 (the Brain/Alan skips the stone, it circles then skips away) Buster: How’d you do that? The Brain/Alan: Heh, just lucky, I guess. Me: *shrugs positively* Anything can happen.
I really want to learn how to skip stones at a lake or a stream someday, because I haven't tried it out in nature for the first time in my life. 👍🏻 if you agree with my comment.
When I clicked the lamp and it gobbled the pillow, i was like "What the... since when did.. or thats right, its a game" I laughed so hard after that. xD
Geez, you are so impatient. I never said anything about this being the last part for crying out loud! We're still in the process of getting this edited and uploaded!
Yeah, I did. They could have done a much better job with that scene. I don't know why they chose to count cut scenes as pages for this game. Several other games had cut scenes as well (BBears Dark, Sheila Rae, etc.), but never counted them as pages. The only other game I know of that did this was Arthur's Birthday, for Page 11.
D.W.: (in her mind) We're all doomed, because now, Mommy will lose her job, and we won't be able to keep our house, and we'll all have to live in the cold, on the street, and we'll all get pneumonia and die, and it's all your fault, Arthur!

I wish they would make nickelodeon primarily aimed at children and adolescents aged three and eighteen years old younger children ages of three and six
15:17 Buster is pretty much a perfect cartoon portrayal of me. He's also my chinese zodiac animal. Also, I'm 30 by now and I still like Arthur. I have no regrets.

I love the computer store scene
Like I literally felt realism right there
Pure childhood
I loved the sound of the “”computer expert”” typing

Man the things you can click on have unique and detailed animations that's really cool
ARTHUR: "I still can't find anything. What are we going to do?"
BUSTER: "The Brain can fix anything. Let's ask him."

0:21 R.I.P Mouse And Keyboard. 1984 - 2012
15:44 Looks like Arthur is spreading out the Deep Dark Sea addiction to everyone in Elwood City.
This being the only LB game I had, I remember it very well.
You know, if only real life advertisements were like that TV, I'd probably pay more attention.
I think the computer shutting off early might be due to the timing being screwed up by whatever virtual machine they use for these games.

That's our favorite childhood, similar to Dr. Seuss Story.

14:18 D.W. could be looking at something with Mary Moo Cow and respond the same way Arthur and Buster are looking at that computer.
Did the Pizza Guy on the phone say “Did someone there order a large cheese pizza with extra cheese hold the pizza?”
yes :P xD
0:41 what the hell?!?! why is there more buttons on the bottom part of the mom's phone WTF
To thing that I used to play this as a child, and now I play things like Shin Megami Tensei IV…dude, time really goes away...
ApexCactus to "think" not to thing
I always liked the music at 11:02 it's like a combination of reggae and bachata

Look at Part 1. She said it was tax season and needed her computer all day.
When I clicked the lamp and it gobbled the pillow, i was like "What the... since when did.. or thats right, its a game" I laughed so hard after that. xD
15:18 How could Buster think of food at a time like this?
I agree that that was no time to think about food.
If Francine were present and hitting Buster: Will you (Buster) stop thinking about food! Your best friend is having a computer crisis!
"I sure would like to go to the ice cream shop... OOOOOH! There's the new Bionic Bunny CD! And there's Deep Dark Sea! Oh, right. You're in trouble."
If only Deep Dark Sea Accidents were the only problems in life
Pizza Guy: (on the phone) did someone there order a large cheese pizza with extra cheese hold the pizza? Lol XD That made me laugh.
that reminds me of the game show "Press Your Luck." 3:06
We're not motivated enough to do it yet. And I thought I went over this in that bulletin >_>

Um, I think you missed a clickable surprise on page 11 where a computer sneezes and says, "I'm OK. It's just a virus."

I thought it was pneumonia, not ammonia.
11:02 what song is that
Judging by the bassline & the organ it's like a combination of Reggae & Bachata
Gobagoo's the only one who has it. If we were to do it, it'd take as long to do as this one. Sorry, it's going to take time if we ever do it.
