Molding transfer silicone ink garment screen printing process
1,Print prepared silicone ink(360W molding silicone ink with 10% 360WB catalyst and 10% pigments) on the mold,cover the hot melt film and put on Teflon paper.
2,Press for about 56 seconds,upper mold 135℃ Lower mold 85 ℃
3,Take away the extra silicone and cool it down on cooling table machine
4,Paste the silicone logo with wrapping film paper.
5,Heat press on the garment by 15 seconds with temp 170℃,press front and back
