On the motorway M2 my father's Honda City 2005 and my Honda City 2013 (both with manual transmission) give a consumption of ~22 km per litre when driven at 80 km/hr (with or without air-conditioning).
Sun-roof in Pakistan? Hardly over the year we get a couple of months to use it (unless one is living up north in the hills)

I had a similar range and I went for Honda Insight 2011 with 2014 import. I was also planning to buy City but after driving Insight, I don't think I will ever go for City.
Insight got tons of "Shashkas" so there is no comparison with city.
