- Video begins near Tower Rock and the wind was just too much at that location so I moved up to Chester Illinois where conditions were better. With two phones recording audio @ 9:52 you can hear the microphone on one of my phones getting swamped as the waves come to shore. I was able to pick it up just afterwards without any problems. The radio traffic is from these boats along with the MARGARET ANNE (behind the CROWLEY), and TWYLA LUHR who is about 3 miles north of here and southbound. Thanks so very much for watching!
