Thanks again for the design and inspiration. This was one of the first 3d printer projects I made a few years ago. I made the case a little taller at the top for an extended hopper and underneath the case spinner for a brass catcher. I also used a high torque drive motor to prevent jams with the extended hopper. Ive run thousands of rounds through mine since.
Thank you very much for this video. This is an amazing idea, and I really was looking for something like that. The documentation you provide is also excellent! P.S. Very best from another WPSN subscriber.
Thanks for the video. I am just starting to build my own and was playing around with 3D printing some of the parts. It was nice to see someone else doing the same.
I’m actually finally beginning my build today, I’m building mine out of aluminum. I bent two pieces to marry with a bolt on top back and a hinge bottom. I also made my bottom 5.5” from bottom for more storage and also for a deeper pan to fit under pan. My only issue is how you have screw sizes listed, when I was going to purchase them I need much smaller due to thickness
@@msgbean when I’m done I’ll send you a pic and progress report, currently dealing with hand issues, neurological they believe so sure could use some prayers if you know my Savior Jesus
i've set the torch at the same angle to the brass, and the drum is getting hot and melting the axle for it. there is to much heat from the torch hitting the drum. so as such it melts the threaded axle
My torch is about 20 years old. The closest I can find is this one: www.homedepot.com/p/Bernzomatic-Self-Igniting-Basic-Torch-Head-WT2301/202539575 But I noticed it does not have a pencil flame. This one does: www.homedepot.com/p/Bernzomatic-Pencil-Flame-Brass-Torch-UL2317/100079143
I have printed parts kits available for sell at msgbean.etsy.com/

I made my drum only one inch deep to do 300 black out cases . It still does other cases as long as 243 and 308 .
Nice to know. Thanks.

Anytime you alter the original design, which is great by the way, other changes will be neccessary.

is it heat resistent plastic you use? is my question
Where do you get the plans to build your setup, i had it at one time but can't locate it again
The link is in the description.
When would the kits be available again? Great simple design with out having multiple motors and hall effect switches counters ect.
I got over whelmed with orders so I had to remove them until I get caught up. They should be back up in about a week. Thanks for your interest.
Excellent I'll keep an eye out. I just saw your thumbnail picture. Thank you for your service.
Kits yet?
Hopefully in the next couple of weeks
The parts are now available at www.etsy.com/listing/1131600193
Where did you find that torch?
I've had it for many years so I have no idea but I think it can still be found
