moving on is hard I was in a head on car wreck last year that totaled my new Ford Maverick hybrid truck and I was actually victimized because someone ran two red lights that wasn't even supposed to be driving and they had been drinking and ran two red lights I was able not to blame them that much but I was also in physical pain for quite a while and I still am a little bit. so it is difficult for me to take the reins and move forward almost like to forget it happened but it was a whole year ago so I need to quit thinking like it just happened... and just be proud of myself and move forward. I think this will help I will try to validate my feelings and then see where they go. thank you❤
