Like im sure they can feel comforted & contentment but they very much live in the moment most of the time LMAO ppl need 2 stop giving animals human emotions & expecting them to follow them
Do you have proof (that is not biased in any way) that they don't feel the feelings you listed? Yes, humans personify animals, but stating that lack certain human qualities is in itself personification. When you observe other animals, if a creature shows consistent behavior that we recognize certain feelings, this is personification, BUT, it is also personification if you cannot recognize a specific behavior. Let's take guilt or shame, for example. How do you know for sure (other than, it's human feelings only, which is not a logical proof) that other animals have or not have a specific feeling? Any conclusions you have is personification, because we assume certain feelings have recognizable behaviors. So for guilt, a creature could have a facial expression or a change of body behavior in context with a situation that we might recognize as guilt, and yes stating that they have guilt because of this is personification. But if a creature lacks these observable behavior, we assume that they don't feel guilt, even though guilt can be mask and shown in vastly different way then humans can recognize, this is also personification. So to be truly unbiased with no human interpretation at all, the correct is "I don't know". We simply don't actually know if certain animals feel certain feelings. Also, we assume that feelings of one thing is the same feeling for all creatures. I don't believe that the feeling of the feeling of happiness is the same in all humans, so if I become someone else, I probably won't be able to recognize the feeling of feeling happy because feelings are unique experiences. I also believe it's technically personification to observe a human and guess what they are feeling based on how you personally behave. Aka, it's personification to state that a stranger is happy, sad and so on, because your assuming the behaviors of one feeling is the same as yours (to be fair, you are far more likely to be correct, especially if they live in similar areas and situations as you, but as you observe people who are less similar to you, your assumption will become less accurate). Now that is briefly covered, let's talk about other animals more. It's very common that people have this notion of humans vs animals. Even though humans are themselves animals. The problem is this, we assume animals lack more feelings and humans has all of them. In reality, I'm pretty sure that animals include humans have feelings of various types. I'm also willing to bet that the feelings that certain animals have cannot be found in humans (technically, this isn't personification ), therefore, it is unrecognizable. We also assume that humans are the most intelligent, and this also personification. Because we give them certain test to "test their wealth", this is literally personification and not technically scientific. You are testing how similar their mindset is at certain things to a human. You are not finding what is unique about them (what are they intelligent at that humans cannot understand). When you make a conclusion about any animal including humans intelligence, you are also personifing. The fact is, you cannot say humans are smarter or dumber. You cannot say this creature is smarter or dumber. This creature feels this and doesn't feel this. You cannot make any conclusions that requires any form of human bias without being an opinion. These statements about creatures in general are not truths nor facts, they are opinions, and feelings and personification of how we observe other animals.

21:35 yes they can whisper to me as I sleep and nibble on my brain stem for nutrients
ayo your brain spider sounds more similar to the boiled one phenomenon
@@DG_Toti I like to think the boiled one is just a collection of brain spiders like three kids in a trench coat
Waiting for your next Lindsay's "History of the World" reaction.
It's coming soon!!!

Remember untamed and uncut?
Dam I'm early love ur guys vids been watching for years
It never occurred to me that People where actually mad at the stingray for what happened to Steve. I mean did y'all watch the man?! That sweet fool agitated a black mamba to target him instead of his wife and ye it was sweet and heroic and he truly loved her and it showed and all but also it was behavior that was on brand and an express pass to heaven if he messed up even a little bit. I was more sad when I heard what happened. I was more like why is it the man that played chicken with the most aggressive venomous snake in the world gets faded when he tries to play it safe???
I am actively cooking bacon while watching this video
People love Racoons.
Saw a black widow yesterday, I know they can kill you but I think they look cool

I'm pretty sure fear of the ocean and things that skitter and crawl things is just human lol. Phobias, by definition are irrational, but these are understandable imo.

Spiders, centipedes, millipedes, anything with more than four legs is a giant NOPE for me. Because honestly why do they need all those legs? What are they using it for? And what's with all the eyes!?!
The eyes are bc they need to spot their opps before the opps spot them
The legs are to always be one step ahead of the opps
they’re just always on that hustle like that
