I’m proud of the Philippines. People can walk without fear of gunshots.There might be some places that can scare us home but Filipinos are heartwarming people, though congested in some places
we can still assure of the safety of the citizens. Masimpatiya ang neighborhood.One thing that we all carry internally in our hearts. Happy to see these family together away from harms way. I hope someday they will be able to visit their homeland. The Philippines has been always a traditional safe haven for people that needed sanctuary. From the Jews fleeing the atrocities of the Nazi regime to the Vietnamese refugees rescued in the high seas. The Philippines is a welcoming place and the hospitality of its people, the smiles, modesty and the politeness is certainly a welcome relief.
