+Abdelhamid Arfa Thank you for visiting my UA-cam channel. I appreciate your visit. To use compressed air for pumping water by using this device is expensive and I don't recommend it. If your water source is underground, you can use air lift pump ua-cam.com/video/03EmME_OB-s/v-deo.html However the best water pumping option for your situation should be evaluated by taking consideration your water source, your water need and available energy resource for your site. Than you can figure out which pumping method is best for you.
+mekanizmalar I appreciate your response you are nice and helpful guy, I have been visited the Web site that you require; but, I Know the air lift, cannot be a good solution for me. I suggest to show _Pitbull Pump Demo_ and if it possible to forward you comment.
+Abdelhamid Arfa This pit bull pump is very good idea. I liked it. The system you see in large cylinder air spring return would be more expensive. You can built the pit-bull pump relatively cheap. If you have compressed air and two check valve, and a tank the rest it easy. I should do an animation of this pitbull pump.
Hello sir.... I thought of this the whole day... It will surely reduce air consumption big time... But i had a question though.... For punching purpose I need a little speed while piston moves outward.... In this case if a give a spring (air) pressure them the punching will be slow... It is just a thought... As far as I believe we shall definitely need quick exhaust valves on both ends to work this large cylinder to and fro... What are your thoughts...
Hi Rohan, If we put quick exhaust valve on the green line which when cylinder going forward will reduce the drag, we will increase air consumption. Maybe you should use two air pressure, high and low, you should use 5 port 4 way valve. You can find it in my animations.
@@seyhanersoy8989 thanks seyhan... I thought I would not get a reply for this... Thanks a lot... And yes That's a good idea... I can use two pressures high and low.... May be it may reduce air consumption....
Thank you very much for this beautiful video
your great work forces me to subscribe with my honor
very nice made, very informative as well!
so, I subscribed with pleasuere. Thx
Please , can you give us an idea about using this system to pumping water.
